Referral-Only Scheduling Policy
We’re currently a referral-only practice, meaning we’re accepting new clients who have been referred by:
- an existing Head & Heart patient who knows you personally, or
- a professional partner (medical/aesthetic/wellness).
Before your first visit, we must verify your referral.
If you were referred, please include the full name of your referrer in the appointment notes and give us permission to reach out to them directly to confirm the referral.
You are welcome to book an appointment to reserve your slot, but please note:
- If we’re unable to obtain or verify referral information, your appointment will be canceled.
- General recommendations from Facebook groups or community posts do not qualify unless the person is a professional partner or an established patient who knows you personally.
We’ve made this change because we’re a single-provider clinic, and this structure helps us maintain the highest level of care, continuity, and appointment availability for our established patients—while still welcoming new clients in a way that fits our small, supportive environment.
