Why I Created Daxxify Per-Area Pricing

The longer I have been treating patients with tox, the more obvious one thing has become: your ideal dose is not always a fixed number.

Our muscles, skin and bodies are not exactly the same every day—or even at every appointment. Strength, movement patterns, stress, metabolism, treatment timing and the condition of our skin can all affect what we need and how we perceive our results.

Honestly, bodies are weird.

Sometimes one glass of wine has you ready to bust a move and leaves you with a wild hangover. Other times, you are wondering where your buzz even went. Sometimes you crush a workout and feel unstoppable, then repeat the exact same workout a week later and suddenly your legs are made of lead.

Tox can sometimes feel similar.

One treatment may settle in perfectly and seem to last forever. The next time, you may notice movement returning sooner or feel like an area needs a slightly different dose. That does not necessarily mean the product “didn’t work.” It may simply mean that your needs at that appointment were different.

The frustrating part is not always adjusting the treatment—it is adjusting to the changing price.

When tox is priced strictly by the unit, a small change in the dose can create uncertainty. You may come in wondering how many units you will need, what the final cost will be or whether treating an area thoroughly will push you past the amount you had planned to spend.

And because tox is already a luxury expense, that guesswork can take some of the fun out of it.

That is why I created Daxxify per-area pricing.

Instead of focusing on buying a specific number of units, you choose the area or combination of areas you would like treated. I can then select the dose that makes the most sense for your anatomy, muscle movement and goals at that particular appointment—without every small adjustment changing your price.

It allows us to focus on the result instead of doing unit-by-unit math in the treatment chair.

Our Perception of Tox Changes, Too

There is another piece of the conversation that I think is important: the longer we receive tox, the more mentally accustomed we become to the results.

The first time I had tox, you could have given me 20 units and I probably would have been amazed. I had never seen my forehead look that smooth, and I did not have years of previous treatments to compare it to.

Over time, our expectations naturally shift. Once we become used to seeing ourselves with less movement and smoother skin, even a small amount of movement returning can feel significant. We may think we suddenly need much more product when part of what has changed is our perception.

We are also continuing to age while receiving tox. Collagen and elastin gradually decline, and lines may begin to look different even when the underlying muscle has been treated appropriately.

Tox treats muscle movement. It does not replace lost collagen or completely correct changes in skin quality.

That is why skincare, collagen-building treatments and a consistent maintenance plan matter. Sometimes the answer is a dosing adjustment. Other times, the muscle is well controlled and what we are noticing is a change within the skin itself.

The Goal: Less Guesswork, Better Treatment

Daxxify per-area pricing is meant to make the entire process feel simpler.

You know the price of the area before we begin. I can use the dose that is appropriate for you at that visit. We can treat opposing muscles thoughtfully, create balance and make adjustments without making you feel like every additional unit is another decision you have to make.

The goal is not to give everyone the same treatment.

The goal is to give each person the treatment they need—with clearer pricing, less frustration and more focus on achieving a natural, balanced result.

Because your face is not a spreadsheet, and your treatment should not feel like one.
